Sausage/Mushroom quiche recipe

So I needed some quiche in my freezer to be able to pull out instead of the nasty frozen dinners LOL

Simple fast recipe for Sausage/Mushroom Quiche

1 lbs of mushrooms (sliced)
1 lbs of Hot Italian sausage
1/2 cup of fresh parsley (chopped)
3 eggs
1 cup half-and-half cream
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
some salt
some pepper
1 unbaked 9" pie crust
 
How to make this:

Preheat oven at 400F (200C)
Prepare the mushrooms into smaller sliced bites (no stems)
Crumble the sausages in a large skillet, add mushrooms, cook on medium/high heat until the meat and mushrooms are lightly browned and all the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Drain off the grease. Add parsley.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, adding the cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into the mushroom/sausage mix; blending well. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30min, until crust is well browned and the filing is set. Let it stand for 10 min before serving
All done and here is my quiche :D (it has a good medium spicy bite to it)
